Hey, I’m Mia.

I love working with individuals as well as couples and families. My passion is helping people integrate their parts in order to achieve synergy as a whole person. I believe in creating a secure base for clients through a strong therapeutic alliance so they feel safe talking about their experiences. I use a client-centered approach and believe the therapist’s role should be empathetic and collaborative. Through warmth, humor, and empathy I meet my clients where they are on their healing journey.

My Approach

I graduated from Pepperdine University with a degree in Clinical Psychology for Marriage and Family Therapy. Since then, I have worked in a higher level of care facility as well as a group private practice. I am trained in a psychodynamic approach to therapy, but I utilize many different modalities including attachment based, relational and client-centered approaches.

Why Therapy?

If you are looking for a safe, supportive space to explore your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors, or looking for clarity and higher emotional resilience, therapy is the place for you.

Whether you're dealing with anxiety, relationship challenges, trauma, issues stemming from your family of origin or simply seeking personal growth, therapy can provide a place for exploration and deeper healing.

Therapy isn’t just for times of crisis—it's an investment in your mental well-being and overall quality of life.
